Court & Vine begins with Courtney.
She grew up in Napa, California, where beauty rarely announces itself. It is in the late-afternoon light across the hills, a table that somehow becomes dinner for ten, a dress that works just as well at lunch as it does when lunch turns into somewhere else. Wine country taught her an appreciation for things that feel special without feeling precious.
Years later, life took her far beyond Napa — including four years in Japan — before eventually bringing her to South Texas. Different places, different rhythms, and a life that became fuller along the way. But the things she was drawn to stayed remarkably consistent: thoughtful details, feminine shapes, beautiful fabrics, and clothes that feel polished without looking overly styled.
Why Court & Vine
The name holds both sides of that story.
Court is what the people closest to Courtney call her. Vine is home — not simply Napa on a map, but the sensibility she carried away from it: warm, relaxed, quietly beautiful, and always a little better when shared.
Court & Vine was imagined as the kind of boutique she wanted to find herself. Not a warehouse of trends. Not a closet built for an imaginary life. A considered collection of pieces that can move through the one you actually have.

A slow Saturday morning. Lunch that was supposed to be quick. A workday followed by dinner. A flight on Friday afternoon. A weekend away. A Tuesday when getting dressed well simply makes the day feel better.
That is the filter.
We look for pieces with a reason to be here: an easy dress that does not need an occasion, a knit you keep reaching for, trousers that make a simple top feel finished, a layer that changes the whole outfit. Feminine, but not fussy. Current, but not disposable. Interesting, but still wearable.
